Bo Lowery’s journey in retail began in her family’s specialty store in Indianapolis, where she gained firsthand experience in every aspect of running a small business. That early foundation shaped her approach to marketing and brand strategy, leading her to Wild Birds Unlimited in 1998 where she has played a pivotal role in shaping one of North America’s most recognized specialty retail brands.

As Vice President of Marketing at WBU, Bo leads consumer-facing strategies across all channels, blending data-driven insights with a passion for connecting customers with nature through backyard bird feeding. Prior to joining Wild Birds Unlimited, Bo spent 15 years in the publishing industry as a writer, editor and art director.

With a deep understanding of retail, franchising, and brand-building, Bo brings a unique perspective on how businesses can create lasting connections with their customers in an ever-changing market.
