Jessica Martin is the Chief Marketing Officer of Payroll Vault Franchising, a payroll and workforce management franchise system in Littleton, Colorado. With a rich background in team development, marketing, and communications, she consistently increases profits, reduces costs, and builds highly effective marketing campaigns. As the former Director of Marketing & Executive Project Manager, Jessica oversaw communications and information sharing, developed messaging and communication strategies, and led event planning and major internal projects. She played a key role in the development of the Managed Marketing Program, generating a substantial increase in annual revenue since its launch in 2021.
Jessica is a recent graduate of the Women and Leadership program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where she deepened her expertise in transformational leadership and creating inclusive pathways for success. This experience reinforced her passion for identifying gaps within communities and building bridges that connect diverse perspectives, mindsets, and groups while finding innovative ways to lift others up.
In her current role as CMO, Jessica is responsible for building the marketing team and executing Payroll Vault’s marketing and advertising initiatives. She obtained her Certified Franchise Executive designation in 2023 and brings a strategic, forward-thinking approach that prioritizes both business growth and community impact.
