Tasia Drayton is an entrepreneur, home care leader, and franchisor who began her journey at just 24 years old as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a vision for something bigger. In 2017, she turned her firsthand experience providing care into Compassionate Connections Home Care, a Florida-based home care agency built around the belief that families deserve compassionate, intentional care that genuinely enhances quality of life.

Over nearly a decade, Tasia has grown Compassionate Connections from a young CNA’s vision into an award-winning home care organization serving families and veterans throughout Central Florida. Today, she is taking the next step as Founder and CEO of Compassionate Connections Franchising, expanding the brand and creating opportunities for other entrepreneurs to build purpose-driven businesses in the growing home care industry.
