Chris Steer is the Founder and CEO of Steer, LLC. His organizational consulting firm is a dynamic group of operators, leaders, and advisors who help build better organizations. Chris and his team help people produce higher levels of performance through leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational excellence initiatives.
Chris is a seasoned entrepreneur, business advisor, and attorney, with extensive experience developing leaders and building better organizations across multiple industries. He founded and partnered in several successful organizations while also serving as a trusted advisor and counselor to hundreds of organizations and leaders. As a former Division I college athlete and a longtime youth sports coach, Chris has a longstanding passion for effective leadership and high performance.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. He serves on the Board for Next One Up and other foundations and charitable organizations.
