Sherrill Kaplan joined Hand & Stone in Sept 2024 as the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for marketing and digital experience. Prior to that, Sherrill served as the Chief Digital Officer at Planet Fitness. In this role, she was responsible for driving digital vision and strategy, including leading the continuous enhancement of the mobile app, with a focus on consumer engagement, loyalty and a differentiated omni-channel experience. Ms. Kaplan has over 20 years of experience, serving as Global Operations Advisor of Marketing for Advent International, a global private equity investor. Previously, she served as Head of Marketing and Sales for Zipcar, the world’s leading car-sharing network, where she was responsible for demand and revenue generation and all marketing functions. Prior to that, Sherrill served as the Vice President of Digital Marketing & Innovation at Dunkin’ Brands where she was responsible for strengthening and increasing Dunkin’s digital and mobile app presence throughout the U.S. Earlier in her career, Sherrill held several digital and marketing leadership roles at global brands including American Express and Citigroup Inc. Ms. Kaplan received her B.S. from Boston University and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fiesta Restaurant Group, as well as the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX).
