I began my journey with Zoomin Groomin in July 2023 when I opened my first franchise location. From day one, I focused on building strong operations, developing people, and setting a foundation for growth. In June 2024, I joined the corporate support team, where I had the opportunity to help strengthen system-wide operations and support franchisees across the network.

During this time, I continued expanding my own operations to five franchise locations. In August 2025, following the retirement of our founding CEO, I stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer. Today, I remain committed to driving innovation, supporting our franchise partners, and leading Zoomin Groomin into its next chapter of growth.
